Business review

We love to go to AA and triple A games in the U.S.. We love this park. The team looked tough and the execution of the game was great. Little over 2 hours for a 7-5 win for the Shuckers. Now for the business. A group of 6 purchased the Klondike 7 suite. This is an air conditioned venue with covered seating outside the suite. Great atmosphere and very friendly staff. This is a cash bar with an all you can eat buffet and free soft drinks and water. The food Available was very good. As a business owner myself, I would have probably had canned cheese for nachos to go with the chili. Cheap and good for the kids. We had a couple from our group that were running a little late. They arrived in the bottom of the first inning. I was a little shocked that the food was only available for one hour after the first pitch, 4th inning. Lastly, no one ever checked our tickets to get to the suite. We took the elevator to the top and walked into the suite without any interaction whatsoever. I noticed others had bands on their wrists but our party of six had nothing. I am only pointing this out because as a business owner myself, I definitely would like to know this. We will definitely be back...

Seating

Many premium level seats were not shown as open on the Ticketmaster seating chart until after the game started. One hour prior, the seats were shown to be unavailable. Noticing the seats were empty after the game started, I looked them up on the mobile app. Those premium seats were shown to be available for sale now. This is not optimal for those who would have purchased those seats prior to the game starting. It was disappointing to see those seats empty the entire game when we would have opted to purchase them. This type of unscrupulous activity diminishes the overall buying experience from Ticketmaster and Shuckers baseball. Unfortunate for those in the community who wanted to support the local team. It will a long time until we visit the ballpark again.
